A peanut roaster operates in a multi-step process. It starts with automatic feeding of peanuts onto a conveyor belt. The roaster is divided into pre-heating, roasting, and cooling sections. The machine's adjustable settings control the roasting time and temperature, ensuring uniform cooking. Air heated by an efficient burner flows through the peanuts, providing consistent roasting. The process concludes with cooling and discharging of the roasted peanuts, ready for packaging or further processing. Batch drum roasters use thermal radiation in a semi-automatic, revolving oven, relying on operator experience for uneven, non-direct heating. Continuous roasters, however, apply direct heat transfer for efficient, uniform roasting. They feature digital control for consistent results, whereas batch roasters offer simpler, lower-cost operations but less consistency. The choice depends on the user's needs and capacity.

Our peanut roaster machine can work in the range of 80-200 celsius degrees, the drying purpose temperature is 80-95 celsius degrees, the light roasting temperature is below 130-140 celsius degrees, and the dark roasting temperature is 165-175clesius degrees. Customers can adjust the roasting temperature based on the material situation and local climate circumstances.
